Return & Exchange Policy
1. Customized Items
Please note that customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, as they are specially designed and tailored according to your individual preferences.
2. Ready-to-Wear Items
Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products with all original tags and packaging intact.
You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting our customer support.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement or store credit will be issued (as applicable).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or credit as soon as possible.
4. Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
