Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All customized or made-to-order abayas take approximately 10–14 working days for processing and stitching before dispatch.
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Processing time may vary depending on fabric availability, design complexity, and order volume.
2. Shipping Locations
We deliver all over India and to international destinations, including the Middle East, USA, Europe, and Maldives.
3. Delivery Time
Domestic Orders (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, or regional serviceability.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount (as per current offers).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking details to monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Delays & Responsibility
We partner with trusted courier services. However, Mehar Abaya is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or returns, for which additional shipping charges may apply.
8. International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, custom duties and import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.
