Each abaya is crafted with great attention to detail. Slight variations in color, embroidery, or finish may occur due to the nature of fabric, lighting, and screen settings.

Customized and made-to-order products are created based on your provided measurements and design preferences.

No return, refund, or exchange is accepted for customized items. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order. We accept secure online payment methods via credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. For international orders, payments are accepted in available global currencies through secure gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Mehar Abaya is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

5. Cancellations

Orders for ready-to-wear items may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed.

Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
